Program
The program consists of a Biblical Foundations Survey and a Theological Foundations Survey. This material developed by NLABS is an abridged version of ThirdMill Institute training materials.
The program consists of sixteen courses typically completed in two years.

NLABS partner with local leaders who envision a Bible School aimed at training leaders from their own as well as other churches and ministries in their regions.
Regional Approach
NLABS is built on partnership among local churches. Although the program can be used by a single church, NLABS advises networking with others to establish a regional school for the following reasons:
-
To encourage and strengthen and prepare candidates for future ministry and for those already in ministry;
-
Learning together strengthen relationships and remove barriers between leaders and their churches;
-
Teaching is enriched when multiple leaders share from their unique gifts and insights;
-
By shared responsibility, preparing and teaching classes become a collective effort to lighten the teaching load.
NLABS requires that you approach local pastors and churches to invite them to participate in the establishment of a Bible school in your region.

NLABS provides the curriculum free of charge as well as guidelines for establishing the Bible School, but is not responsible for the operational costs of the school. This is the responsibility of the churches and ministries that support the vision at a local level.
