Over the last three years, Dr. Russell has been training village pastors from two different networks. Each pastor has had the opportunity to gather together and, via whatsapp, go through our Plumline Leadership manual. 

​Many of these pastors travel many hours, if not days, to attending these training seminars. Donations help cover their traveling expenses as well as provides a lunch.  ​

The need for training and equipping has led to New Life planting four Bible schools in the Andhra Pradesh region. These four schools consist of local pastors, potential pastoral candidates along with various other students working within local churches.

The local pastors not only have a heart to train and equip, but also see the need to take care of the widows and orphans. Many are left without family and a source of income, leaving some to only have 3-4 meals per week. Donations given have already helped in buying 9 sewing machines which has provided jobs for widows. This not only provides for their daily meal, but also gives them a sense of community and belonging.

The Lord has been moving in India in a powerful way and we are excited to be a small part of reaching out and giving what we have in training and recourse, to help spread the love of Christ and the message of redemption to the Andhra Pradesh region.
