New Life is committed to providing essential training for church and ministry leaders in whatever context they may find themselves in. In both first world environments or within rural settings of African or sub-continent nations, New Life has endeavored to see leaders in the Body of Christ developed and trained for effective ministry.

Dr. Russell has ministered in nine African nations at conferences and seminars and indigenous Bible Colleges. Currently he is training church and ministry leaders in India and Africa utilizing various online platforms.

Although trained in Theology, Dr Russell's concentration is the development of the ministry, character and leadership potential of leaders, utilizing manuals he has developed for this purpose.
